Agreement to Terms
By visiting our website, submitting a job application, requesting services, or entering into a service agreement with Bear Valley Electric, Inc. ("Bear Valley Electric," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, job applicants, subcontractors, and anyone else who interacts with Bear Valley Electric or its website at bearvalleyelectric.com.
Services
Scope of Work
Bear Valley Electric provides electrical contracting services including residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural electrical work in Wisconsin and surrounding areas. All work is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with applicable state and local codes.
Estimates & Quotes
All estimates and quotes — whether verbal, written, or submitted through our website — are non-binding until a formal service agreement or contract is signed by both parties. Estimates are subject to change based on unforeseen site conditions, material costs, or changes in project scope.
Service Agreements
Work will only commence after a written service agreement has been executed. The terms of any signed service agreement govern the specific project and supersede any general terms stated here with respect to that project.
Payment Terms
Invoicing
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the signed service agreement. Bear Valley Electric reserves the right to require a deposit before work begins on larger projects.
Late Payment
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee. Bear Valley Electric reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services on any account with an outstanding unpaid balance.
Disputed Charges
Any disputed charges must be communicated in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. Disputes do not suspend the obligation to pay undisputed portions of the invoice.
Hiring & Job Applications
This section applies to individuals who submit a job application or interact with Bear Valley Electric's hiring process at bv-hiring.vercel.app/apply.html.
Application Submissions
Submitting a job application does not constitute an offer of employment or guarantee of an interview. Bear Valley Electric reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion. All application information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of Information
Applicants are required to provide accurate and truthful information. Misrepresentation of qualifications, work history, certifications, or any other information may result in disqualification or termination of employment.
